As for the pricing, the Asus ROG Phone 2 was launched in China ahead of the Indian launch. As per the Chinese pricing the Standard Edition which is for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage variant costs CNY 3,499 (approximately Rs 35,000) whereas the 12GB RAM with 128GB storage variant priced at CNY 5,999 (approximately Rs 60,000). The Ultimate Edition with 12GB RAM with 1TB comes with a price tag of CNY 6,199 (approximately Rs 62,000). In the European market, the standard edition costs EUR 899 (approximately Rs 71,400) while the Ultimate Edition carries a price tag of EUR 1,199 (approximately Rs 95,200). Asus ROG Phone 2 specifications Coming on the specifications, Asus ROG Phone 2 features a 120Hz HDR 6.59-inch FHD+ display with 2,340 x 1,080 pixels along with an in-display fingerprint scanner with Gorilla Glass 6 used for protection. It runs on Android 9 Pie with the ROG UI skin on top. The gaming device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ SoC processor with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM along with up to 512GB UFS 3.0 of internal storage. Asus ROG Phone 2 comes with a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 48-megapixel primary and a secondary 13-megapixel ultra-wide camera. It sports a 24-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The gaming smartphone comes equipped with dual front-facing stereo speakers with DTS: X Ultra support and ultrasonic air triggers along with a 3D cooling chamber with a vent.
