The Superstar 500 plan comes with two options that include a DSL plan and a Bharat Fibre plan. The customers who go for the Super Star 500 DSL plan will get up to 10 Mbps speed while those who opt for the Bharat Fibre plan will get internet speed of up to 50 Mbps. The plan offers 500GB of data with a data cap. Post the FUP, the data speed will be reduced to 2Mbps. This plan is live across the nation excluding Andaman and Nicobar. BSNL’s Super Star 500 plan now offers a free subscription to Hotstar Premium pack, too. Usually, the annual subscription to Hotstar Premium comes at Rs 999, however, for this plan users, it will be free. Apart from that, the customers will also be able to take advantage of the free unlimited local as well as STD calling the facility to any network within the country. Besides this plan, the state-run company earlier launched the Super Star 300 broadband plan that comes with a complimentary subscription to Hotstar. Rs 749 monthly plan offers up to 300GB monthly data with a download speed of 50 Mbps. Additionally, the customers will get unlimited local and STD free calling to any network in India. This plan is available all across the country. The company withdrew its 15GB plan with the introduction of the Super Star 500 plan. The plan came with a monthly rental of Rs 999 where it provided an internet speed of 10Mbps along with 15GB of daily data. This has been replaced by Rs 949 Super Star 500 plan.
