It is not the first time Google is entering the chip-making industry. Earlier it had developed Tensor Processing Units (TPUs), Pixel Visual Core chips and Titan and Titan M security chips. And now it is going to make microchips again for which it had hired more than 20 people in India. The job opening was posted on LinkedIn, the tech giant was looking for 20 people for its ‘gChips’ team with chances of increasing the team further....

However, the feature is initially rolling out on the Android version of the Excel app and will soon make its way to the iOS app too. The software giant will be using artificial intelligence to implement this feature. Furthermore, even image recognition will be used so that users of the app don’t have to manually input the hardcopy data. We should also mention that this feature will be available to Microsoft 365 users....

The company has also added that it is working to fix this situation saying that it will begin treating all the text that is typed by users in the incongnito made as private. So, it will no longer be analysed by anyone. We should mention that this is very similar to how smartphones treat typed text into secure text fields. Do note that the change will not become live immediately and it will take some time for it to come into effect....

“We are beginning to roll out a new tablet experience for 2-in-1 convertible PCs as a Beta to Windows Insiders. This new experience allows users entering tablet posture to stay in the familiar desktop experience without interruption” said the company. The new OS from Microsoft is called the ‘modern OS’ and it will receive ‘enablers’ like seamless updates. According to Microsoft, the modern OS will receive updates which will happen in the background. The updates of modern OS’ will be “deterministic, reliable and instant with no interruptions.” This is a completely different path than the Windows 10 updates and it is more like Chrome OS. According to Microsoft, the modern OS platform is secure by default, and it means that the state is separated from the OS and the compute is separated from the apps....

Lenovo said in a press statement, “To create a faster, leaner business model, we will align our smartphone development production and manufacturing and better leverage the complementary strengths of Lenovo and Motorola to quickly drive growth. The report, which first surfaced on Engadget, said that Netflix is currently testing a new pop-out player that will let users stream videos in a picture-in-picture mode their computers. This will get be productive and catch on their favourite shows simultaneously. While we can’t think of people who will work and watch shows at the same time, it will come in handy if you have to urgently look for a file on your laptop while watching a show....

Nintendo already has some decent offerings for its owners this year including Yoshi’s Crafted World, Luigi’s Mansion 3, a new game from Animal Crossing, Fire Emblem: Three Houses, Daemon X Machina, a new Pokemon game, and probably Bayonetta 3 too. However, if a recent report is to be believed, all these games are not all that Nintendo plans to get for its users this year. In fact, this is just the tip of the ice-berg....

According to the renders spotted by winfuture.de, the OnePlus 6T will sport a dual rear camera setup like its previous flagship OnePlus 6. We will have to wait some more before we see a triple rear camera setup on a OnePlus device. Which we were hoping could be the case this time. The latest leak seems to be in-line with a teaser of OnePlus 6T that was recently aired on TV....

However, as of now, the new colour variant of OnePlus 6T is only available in China. If you can’t wait to but the newly launched OnePlus 6T device, then you must settle for Midnight Black and Mirror Black colour options that the smartphone was initially launched in. The State government there has issued a circular to district authorities asking them to ban PUBG. According to officials, the circular by the state primary education departments was issued after it was recommended by the Gujarat State Commission for Protection of Child Rights. We should mention that this has been just days after a student’s body in Jammu and Kashmir – called the Jammu and Kashmir Students Association – had sought for getting PUBG Mobile in the state....
