The laptop will be offered in two colour metallic colour options Earthy Gold and Mercury Gray. The device is scheduled to go on sale in the UK from next month. The company has not revealed the exact date of the sale as well as the international availability of the laptop. However, it is expected to arrive soon in the other markets globally. To recall Galaxy Book S was launched in August 2019 with a price tag of $999 that translates to Rs 75,500. Then it came with a 13.3-inch display and was powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx processor. Samsung Galaxy Book S (2020) specifications The company launched Galaxy Book S 13.3 inch FHD TFT LCD Display with Touch Screen Panel. Under the hood, there is an Intel Core processor with Intel Hybrid Technology. According to the company it uses Intel’s Foveros 3D stacking technology and a hybrid CPU architecture. It delivers full Windows 10 application compatibility. It will be offered with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 512GB eUFS storage. The storage can be expanded up 512GB using a microSD card. The Galaxy Book S comes with a lightweight design with just 950g and only 11.8mm thick. It comes with a light clamshell design built with a durable metal body, so you can have the stability you need on a desk or on your lap. When using outdoors it will instantly boost the brightness to 600 nits using a two-key shortcut. In addition to this, there is a 1-megapixel camera that can be used for video calling. It will draw its power from a 42Wh battery that delivers up to 17 hours of video playback. It features a fingerprint sensor, ambient light sensor and backlit keyboard and houses AKG’s quad stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support. In terms of connectivity, there is Wi-Fi 6, two USB Type-C ports, multi-media card reader and a 3.5mm headphones jack.
